- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office is your usual dentist office and everyone is friendly but my issus are with the dentist pushing every possible procedure. We needed a dentist closer to home so we tried Esteem out. The dentist did the basic checkup and proceeded to tell us we needed every possible type of cleaning or else and needed crowns replaced because prior dentists did a horrible job. Sounded like they were just trumping up the issues to get insurance to pay up. On top of all that, every followup appointment was proceeded by phone calls asking us to change our appointment dates and times because the dentist must have had better things to do.
