  billing office is extremely rude. They are not willing to let you speak to a manager when you ask to speak to management. I truly HATE coming to this hospital and dealing with them. Will NEVER do it again!!

  This USED to be a nice hospital if you’re currently pregnant and need to go in might i suggest Methodist or any other hospital withing range. I went in a month ago i was having contractions along with spotting i went to go get checked (so i thought) and i was in the room for 2 hrs they just checked my weight and put me in a room and forgot about me. Not to mention 2 nurses walked in peeked their heads at several times and just continued to chit chat after asking me what i was there for. THEN i made the mistake of going there again yesterday ... once again i arrived there at 6pm it was already 9pm when i asked the nurse in the front (Evelyn was her name) what was taking so long to even get a temperature or anything going on she simply ignored me when i asked her again she said she was busy and if i didnt like it i could have a seat in the lobby... mind you i was in a robe already. So after i got dressed i stood by the door and Evelyn refused to open the door so i could get out. TERRIBLE SERVICE will be delivering somewhere else Oakbend isn’t what it used to be.
