  Doctor Raju specifically will send your child home sick, with no medication even if it's an ear infection and even if your child is a toddler with fever and in pain! Her recommendation to me was that my daughter would just have to get over it. (Wth?) I had to go back the very next day as my child didn't eat, drink or sleep and cried on and off the majority of the night. Magically takin her in the next day to a different doctor rendered her able to get an antibiotic. The front office staff is rude, they can not, do not and will not work with you as far as WELL appointments go. I have no idea for the life of me how a WELL visit can take longer then A SICK visit considering a sick child needs more attention then a well child and they are pretty much doing all the SAME things! They will accept walk ins as long as your not a WELL walk in! So there is plenty of appointments for SICK children no matter how sick or how long it may take but for 1 20 minute WELL appointment be sure to schedule that appointment WAY in advance. So they will see 5, 10min SICK appointments before they even consider scheduling 1 WELL appointment! Get it? It's all about the $$$. An appointment for a WELL visit is basically mandatory but yet they have 3 locations, Several doctors and somehow NO appointments are available for the time that is convenient for the parent unless it's 2 months out, but again they are if your sick! I gave this place 11 years of my kids life which I think is fair enough and long enough to make the decision that this is just not the place for us anymore. I Had to argue for my childs medication more then once only for them to realize it was a mistake on their part. DR. Bornstein himself is fantastic and is the only real reason we came to the pediatric center and the reason we hung around as long as we did. So long pediatric center, your staff will not be missed and neither will your excuses.

  Horrible Service!!! Good: Doctor was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Bad: Bathroom dirty Worse: Doctor put the medication for pick up at the center, the clerk told us it would be a few minutes then he disappeared. Two ladies came up to verify what we were waiting for and proceeded to check status. They came back to day the prescription was sent to our pharmacy, only to find out after we got there that they never sent it. We called and since it was after 5:30 there was no answer at the office, then we called the "on call" doctor but we were told we'd have to wait until tomorrow. Doctor was great but the staff at the counter needs to seriously improve their follow up and customer service skills. Now my boy gets to throw up a few more times thanks to someones incompetence.

  Horrible horrible horrible place to take your child to for care. I visited the clinic with my sick child only to be given a probiotic that is over the counter. She got worse. I took her there a second time and she still wasn't treated right. It got really really bad. I had to take her to a completely different center for treatment that she got diagnosed properly for and treated.
