  The crew is very friendly here and have always have a good experience. The hygenist and the office staff are the regulars but the DDS has been different each time. The only critique I offer is every visit they try to sell me an additional service that is not usially provided during a routine cleaning/check-up and is not covered by insurance. They also could not provide any reference outside their office summary on why the additional service is beneficial. Too much sales and nothing to back up their claim. An unbiased document from ADA would provide greater influence. I do recommend their practice and the continue to serve me well.

  As a long time customer of this clinic I can assure you that this office only cares about the revenue that you provide as a paying customer!! The front desk people have always been terrible and the dentist is ridiculously impersonal. The ONLY thing that this place has going for it is Haley. I don't know how she works there. Some places get by on location and I'm sure folks from Waterside and surrounding will still manage to go there because it's well-placed in the area. But please, take my advice, and find a better dentist for your family! I'll be taking my family to a new dentist for sure.
