- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called in scheduling a teeth cleaning, I went in and was greeted by nice people. The next thing I know I'm standing behind x-rays getting X-ray shots in my mouth about 15 times I don't know how you need that much!!!! So I don't know I'm just letting them do their job. She claims I have two cavities in my mouth that aren't even that bad I can't even barely see it in the X-ray. So they bring me a bill for 2 grand out of pocket they're already charging two grand on my insurance. I told them I don't even have that type of money on me so they went back and gave me the bill for cleaning what I scheduled for. Now they want $400 out of pocket and about the same on my insurance. I've gotten cleanings before and I've never paid over $100. / Now I check my mail frequently so I get a letter in from ideal dentist with the late fee of $120 and I called them asking them about this and they're saying my insurance didn't cover the X-ray's, I flipped out and told them all I wanted was a cleaning, it was them that just took advantage of me putting me behind x-rays. I told them I covered the bill right before I left that place you're not getting nothing. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!October 22, 2017by Mr Goode
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went in here for a regular check up and cleaning. I was greeted by pleasant smiling faces at the front desk and was asked to fill out my paper work (they have a coffee machine in the waiting room, extra brownie points) The assistants were sweet and gentle while taking my xrays and answered my questions about getting my teeth straightened. I came in a little nervous but Dr Steele clearly explained about getting some old fillings replaced and showed me the cavities on the xrays, she also explained about Invisalign. I have never understood my dental treatment needs this clearly before! I am happy about my experience here and I will be returning. I recommend this place!September 02, 2017by Vishal Joseph
