- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE STAFF!!!! Beware before you make that first appointment! If you need a follow-up or have questions or need your test results... you will never receive a call back if you leave messages. They hardly answer the phone. I understand that the staff is busy during clinics, but they should ALWAYS return phone messages. I would leave messages and when I did speak to someone, Sonia, I believe is the front receptionist... she would say I didn't receive any messages. I will never go back to this doctor. Never in my life have I had such a frustrating, horrible experience with the office staff.January 20, 2017by Kim Nguyen
